[tsaricide] Kodeth101 - Unban request

Byond account and character name: Two BYOND accounts: Kodeth101 and Anus Gaping Faglord. My first account, Kodeth101, was willfully banned so that I could change ckeys.
Banning admin: Tsaricide
Ban type (What are you banned from?): Game ban
Ban reason and length: Permanent. "Being a massive shithead."
Time ban was placed (including time zone): 2015-06-02 17:53:44
Server you were playing when banned (Sybil or Bagil): Sybil
Your side of the story: Not applicable.
Why you think you should be unbanned:
Previous to my permaban, I had a long record of notes which spanned a few years back, with a few bans. According to Tsaricide, this is the main reason for my permanent ban. I do not deny that my behavior was unacceptable, but it did not warrant a permanent ban. I was very rude and disrespectful in the past when I falsely believed that I was being treated unfairly.
It's been two years, and I am more than ready to change my behavior and be a contributing force to the server.
Here are my notes. Note that these were accrued in a two-year span.
If I am unbanned, I would like to be unbanned on my Kodeth101 account.

Many of the points I made in my previous ban appeal were very valid, and are even moreso today.
