Following the merge of #26780, I've got a follow-up suggestion to make.

Namely, to add a human language, that humans and silicons use by default. Other species would not be able to understand it, unless someone translates it to them in using the common language. Common language would still be available for everyone to switch to whenever they want, but it would not be default.
