The guys who did that starwars mmo? Wasn't the story in that game good?

A few class storylines were good (specifically, sith warrior, jedi knight and imperial agent), but the rest of the game was trash. I don't really do PvP or PvE, but even models and animations were bad. Even the way your character moved was clunky - it made me miss WoW, which felt much more fluid despite being made years ago.

I mean I was solely speaking on a writing/story level, I won't bother commenting on animations/etc.

After Andromeda's bad press I'd be amazed if EA allowed any company to push out a game with animations in that state

KOTOR was gut story-wise - the PLOT TWIST was great, and it pretty much created the Old Republic of that time.
KOTOR II had better mechanics, and planets themselves were somewhat more fleshed-out, but much was cut, and it can be somewhat off-putting by Kreia's constant nihilism.

The fact that you save the galaxy from the lasers and then still get fucked in the ass for it by the council (for daring to attack/kill a council member) was just so great and believable of a petty sith government.

For a while I had a bounty hunter. it was really fun bounty hunter story was meh but bounty hunters don't have to be interesting to be cool just their armor.

Male bounty hunter voice acting was dog shit, but sounds better with a helmet.

are you joking? The one thing about the new SW movie I wanted to see was "what happened between the empire blowing up and the first order becoming a thing" and this is exactly that, that alone made me actually pay attention to where this game is going
