The possesed blade

I allways felt that this weapon had wasted potential. It's basically a [FUCKING WORD FILTERS REEEE] worse Pai that the owner can beat people with. I think it should have Pai-like abilities! The sword can start with something like "soul power" and can spend that power on abilities like extra damage cap, extreme damage boost power up for a short time, extra reach, shape change (zero cost for the 1st change but 1+ for subsequent changes), shock the holder, damage change (brute, burn, toxin, stamina, suffocation(?)), ect. The sword can change the max damage it can out put and maybe it can have a stamina meter and maxing out the damage will drain it very fast. Also it gives a ton of RP and teamwork (something that's truly lacking now) abilities
Just yesterday I was playing as a pasifist sword. Think if I could lower the damage to 0 or change it to stamina!
Maybe it could be an evil/cult sword. Change the damage to toxin, change the look to something more demonic, and add alot of damage, and try to get away from the chaplain
How about a holy sword that can only smite heretics, when the chaplain smacks a innocent, you could change to zero damage and shock him for being so crass.
the power game sword, who calls the chap a scrub and min-maxs the abilities
Or you could just fuck with the chaplain changing the damage and type all though the fight, shocking him, and changing shape for a larf
