actually that one wasn't too bad. But you do need to play around with some settings.

If you're using Audacity, it has some background noise removal that should help with the hissing and static in the background.

I use an equalizer for a radio effect, which i do by reducing the base and treble until only the mid-tones remain.

Now in my audio logs i added slight distortion to the result to give it a more crackly effect like it was being played over a headset or radio. If you do anything like that it has to be VERY SUBTLE, a little bit goes a long way and even a little bit can go too far, you want it to be clear. (You can hear what too much distortion sounds like with this one)

Also i would remove the echo, unless you're going for an intercom effect (like it's being played through the station and not over a headset). However a subtle reverb is better than an echo.
