Under Robot Commands there's the State Laws command. Click that which opens a window, same as the AI's. By each Law is an Underlined YES/NO. Click the YES/NO to specify whether you should state that law or not. By default, antag status Laws are set to NO.

As far as i know you can't put them in bags, because everytime a miner brings a hugger to Xenobio it's in a locker

Use them like any other variable. $filters is a vector, though

What happens if you turn off the coolers/freezers in the server room/telecoms? Does it actually do anything such as making the machines overheat or is it just for fluff/to make it less griefable?

Also do the machines themselves create heat and radiate it to their surroundings?

The cooling is just fluff. The machines themselves don't produce heat, although if I remember correctly they did in the past, which is why it was supercooled.

If it's a balance issue or whatever then it should be fixed in code, not obfuscating the technique so only a secret cool club can know how to do it.

There are also two in the engineering entrance, so you don't even have to go into engineering to get them.

How do I make an actually worthwhile single-tank bomb without canisterbombing myself in the process?
900kPa of 500k plasma and 100kPa of room-temp oxygen was a fart.
Same ratio of 1000k plasma and 70k oxygen went off with a 3,6,13 as soon as I opened the valve on the oxygen canister.

It was already written above: Use a heater to get plasma up to 1000°C, a cooler to get oxygen down to -100°C.
Fill both tanks to the brim.

I had that mix fart on me once because lel bugs, but it went off just fine (maxcap) otherwise.

Bomb explosion caused a fire in my mech, I repaired it immediately to 100% but the fire wouldn't stop.

afaik you don't, the coding for mechs is ebin so there's a lot of shit you can't do anything about

I don't think you are understanding what I am asking. The recycler was changed to not magically create materials - it now depends on the item that gets recycled. https://github.com/tgstation/-tg-station/pull/11469

@Malkevin: I am all for research having to rely on mining. But the recycler did have its uses as a source for metal, glass and (frankly too much) gold and silver.
You need gold and silver in things like hyper cap cells for borgies, posibrains - and auto cloning.

As a quartermaster who often makes RnD in the cargo bay, no part of RnD is access locked.
