Basil rule enforcement and High RP Enforcement.

Bottom post of the previous page:

So since I asked Kor in OOC chat like 20 times but didn't really get a clear response other than "Durrr don't play there" from some random pubbies.

Is Basil based on it's own unique ruleset and is High RP admin enforceable on Basil. The current rules state nothing about this and a clarification is required, especially a clear Basil ruleset if there are differences with the current ruleset.

HoP getting bribed for all access?
Why would an admin ban someone for that, christ.

Not against the rules as far as I can see?
And as others have said, that actually seems like an interesting RP situation...

I think until someone comes forward with a situation in which they have actually been banned for something on basil that would not net a ban on sybil we can just fucking ignore this thread of stupid what ifs

At least until someone opens the same thread again next week.

Bombing the friendly wizard without reason.

Friendly wizards are cancer, though.

I'd probably have sent three more wizards to the station with objectives to kill that wizard anyway, him ending the round faster helps.

Wizards - and any antags - are supposed to make the round interesting. They don't have to kill a bunch of people to achieve that, but they do have to do something. Friendly wizards as in "hey, I'm a wizard, can I sign up as chef" are bad; friendly wizards as in "hey, I'm a wizard, let's teach magic to the crew" are good.

I actually want to see someone play a friendly wizard and basically turn the station into Hogwarts now.

Yeah, because greyshits with knock or magic missile in what just turned into an Extended round are just the thing a station needs.

It's still better than one MM and knock assistant-wizard running around.
