Yeah, you can't get the full amount of oxygen in when you sleep on your stomach.

yeah, everyone does that, your body moves while you're sleeping or your muscle will degrade from the lack of use.

You're fucked if you're hospitalised and awake though, you have to do the moving yourself during the day and you still can't move while asleep
It's a really unpleasant feeling to wake up after being unable to move the leg all night

Sort of? Usually whenever I schlick to orgasm I wind up knocked out for a good 10-15 minutes or so. Usually get too tired, too quickly to hit that point though.
