Because it is feedback on an admin in a thread about that admin. Why would it be deleted?

If the headmins think it is invalid feedback they wont take it into account in their decision making.

I like Danno, but don't particularly care for the way they administrate or handle themselves on the forums. I would vote to extend but I don't think anything will change, so it's up to the Headmins to decide if they want an administrator like Danno.

What do you mean by "actions"? There's a lot of stuff admins do that goes to logs
