I was sleeping when all of a sudden I heard what sounded like a car crashing. Got up from my bed and looked off my balcony and I saw this dude in a volks wagon who had plowed through a fence into a tree in my neighbours garden. A few seconds later, he pulled out and drove away at a ridiculously fast speed for how small the roads are around here.

Lost 3.2 pounds this week. Only 2.8 away from my goal of 210.

I still hate myself intensely but at least there's less of me.

So I tried out Macintosh Plus here at the airport and some other assorted vapor. Got through a few minutes and felt the need to cleanse my musical palette on some Suicidal Tendencies.

I've looked up a couple recipes and it seems simple enough, but I have the uncanny ability to fuck up even the simplest of processes. You cook them first, I think, and then let them soak for a week or so.

The jar sealing process is basically putting whatever you want to preserve into a jar, filling the jar with very hot vinegar (there's probably more stuff in there) up to the very edge of the jar, and then sealing it.

What you're going for is to have it sealed with as little air as possible (hence it being full up to the very top, and allowing the heat from the liquid in the jar to kill off any bacteria which may have sneaked through.

Do not heat sealed jars, cans, bottles or other containers. I really hope I don't seriously need to tell you this.
