The first time I did it, I set up one in maintenance and they could see through that, but not the ones I'd set up in the abandoned bar. Does it have something to do with how it's set up on the station blueprints? Do I need the CE to march down and add the abandoned surgery/bar/whatever to something, or am I just stupid?
