Ok as for slapping thats actually ok as a alternative for punishing people rather than punching them in the face equaling harm. Just needs a cooldown on the sound/action so it doesn't get purposefully done to be annoying.
There's no specific reference for it, even if its snowflakey. Id actually prefer it to pushing on every body part, say like if the head individually = slaps so i don't have to target a very small sprite area of the mouth which also has other emote responses.

If the majority of the players want a feature, we should keep it. Of course, democracy is all an illusion as demonstrated by our ex-headmin and current codebase maintainer lzimann:

It's apparently extremely distressing, considering Cosmic can't stand a pair of glasses that have been referenced in lots of other material, practically being intended to be referenced, being referenced in SS13 as a minor optional item.
