It's criminal that you can't dangle a hook down from a higher Z-level and steal things. It would be really funny to see a hook drop down and slowly start to inch an item away from your workplace.

I can see why shooting across Multi-Z isn't a thing because it could very easily get to be mega obnoxious and the spaceman brain is not able to comprehend looking up to find the shooter, but theoretical Multi-Z would have the visible line and hook for the average spaceman to go "hey wait that looks like it's coming from above me- CLOWN STOP STEALING MY LUNCH".
