Your side of the story: Myself and a bunch of combat robots were rioting over the removal of our kino hyper-brutalist combat robot armor. I had just gotten done with pretty much a marathon of lowpop TGMC, and as pop had dropped at this point I decided to just go to bed. I decided it'd be funny to suicide - it was a pretty good bit - so I shouted to my fellow rioting combat robots, "I CANNOT SUBSIST IN THIS WORLD ANY LONGER" and blew myself up in Squad Leader prep. I couldn't seem to blow my brains out with gun-pointed-at-mouth -- maybe because I'm a combat robot -- and I figured vendors must be indestructible. Turns out vendors aren't indestructible.

This, I felt, was funny -- funny enough that 2 other combat robots decided to suicide after -- but obviously it probably had effects on the round to come; I saw right after that yeah, it blew up the vendors in SL prep. I felt bad about this, naturally, as it might fuck over future SLs. At this point I had already committed to going to bed so I stuck around for a little bit as a ghost, and disconnected. I really should've ahelped or -- to be frank, not fucking blown up SL prep, as the bit might've been funny to 3 combat robots, but it definitely wasn't funny to whatever poor SL lost his prep room.

Why you think you should be unbanned: As a new player with an existing ban on Colonial Marines, it's completely understandable that the admin would immediately levy a permaban on me. Especially since I disconnected without a care in the world -- but I can say that I really fucking enjoy playing on TGMC, and I've been trying to step up as a Squad Leader (and have been trying to roll FC) so as to improve the gameplay of those around me. I enjoy leading the push, communicating, helping execute strategy, you know, helping the Marine Immersion(TM). I suck at the game so far but I genuinely think I've improved the environment around me in my playstyle.

After too many hours gaming, especially after a long day of work, I tend to get very fucking hyperactive and start fucking around and shittalking too much. It's why I got permabanned on CM -- 0 notes, 0 gameplay incidents -- but I said the wrong thing to the wrong people in a general lack of self awareness. I will try to improve this behavior in the future -- especially as in this case, it wasn't saying the wrong words that got me banned, it was literal grief. This ban is completely justified and I understand that.

So after taking a look over. We are going to lift the ban. Next time please make sure to be careful with the vendors and where you explode stuff. Will close in a day or two unless anything else substantial appears.
