Detailed summary: I was converted to a blood brother as RD, and went to change the AIs lawset to make it unable to report me or stop me if I do anything bad, but also isn't an immediate execution if it gets de-subverted (like just saying "kill everyone" or "only I am human" does) so after going through the roundstart lawsets I gave it mother drone. A while later, JusticeGoat forces a custom ion law onto the AI that says "The AI is effectively purged, and may act like they are part of normal crew.", which makes it immediately send it's borgs to murder me, husk me, and hide my body. So our team antagonist got immediately ended by an admin just deciding to choose so. JusticeGoat stated that one of the reasons they gave the ion law to the AI was because "The AI was spamming it's laws because it had no other way to communicate"(paraphrased). Why is our team antagonist being the ones screwed over by the AI violating the rules and spamming it's laws nonstop? Furthermore, after that my blood brother is now completely screwed. What did he do to deserve that? And lastly, what's even the point of the lawset? If the lawset is so shit, that even a rules-allowed antag uploaded just gets adminbussed to be removed and the antag ashed, why is it there? Why is it a "safe" module? According to the rules I see RD and Captain can give the AI safe lawsets if they want to deviate from the normal asimov. So they are allowed to upload mother drone then? But they can't? And neither can an antag? Because it's not fun?

In summary, there was with a completely certainty multiple ways to adminbus to make the round 'better', and just giving the AI a 0 priority law that says "you can ignore your laws" is the absolute laziest option I can think of as a resolution to the situation.

Personal Objectives:
1: Convert a brainwashable person using your flash on them directly. Any handheld flash will work if you lose or break your starting flash. Edit Delete Mark as complete
2: Steal the Captain's jetpack Edit Delete Mark as complete
3: Hijack the emergency shuttle by hacking its navigational protocols through the control console (alt click emergency shuttle console).

My reason for my actions was that round start you appeared to be metegrudgeing from last round to some of the other admins and upload motherdrone laws then you go to cargo to attempt to murder some unrelated crew for a while. You choose to go loud round start and pick a fight with people for no reason that i saw.

All while the AI for the next 15-20 minutes can do nothing but spam its laws on comms, we got multiple ahelps about the AI spamming and lots of complaints ooc'ly and IC'ly. I uploaded an ion law because i felt like your actions where affecting the round for a lot of people in a negative way and i quickly wanted to end the issue right away. I agree that i could have worded the law better to exclude you from harm from the AI yes, but at the time it was just me trying to do something to resolve what was going on in a timely fashion. In my thought process the enjoyment of the game for the server as a whole was more important than the single player.

Please elaborate on this, I'm interested to hear on how I was metagrudging someone who I didn't even care for or interact for the "previous round's actions". If you can't give a good reason then it proves your judgement was based on wild and untrue speculation.

There isn't much to elaborate, i was just reading on what some other staff had said in staff comms and found that you uploading lame laws round start so you could go start a fight with some random dude in cargo who wasn't even your target was kinda dickish. I stand by that what i did was not to target you, and indeed could have been handled differently and i will remember this in the future to make sure that I don't enable others to target you for revenge. Again I did this in the best interest of the other players online at the time, it was never personal.

Then I reiterate what is even the point of the mother drone lawset if uploading it even as an antagonist is dickish? There's just a lawset that if you upload it you're lowkey griefing? Even when you are allowed to do it according to the rules? Why does this even exist then? Why does it exist roundstart?

My main issue is with the chat spam, while i might disagree how you choose to play that round i didn't open a ticket and tell you to do anything different.

Then...why did you not punish the AI for chatspam? You REWARDED them? And screwed over me in the process. That doesn't make sense.

The way the law is worded means all they can do is state laws to communicate with the crew. I already admitted and will own up to that my mistake was enabling them to seek revenge, i try to never interfere with pvp matters unless its obvious rule breaking. Next time if this weird thing comes up years later i'll do something else.
