Rare card types for TGC

Effects given to individual cards, to make them shinier and more collectible. In practice just overlays put on the sprite. The guaranteed rare in each card pack (yes this is already coded in the game) is guaranteed to have one of these effects, otherwise they're fairly rare.

Foil: shiny animated effect overlaid on the picture part of card
Reverse Foil: shiny animated effect overlaid on the non-picture parts of the card
Full Foil: shiny animated effect on whole card
Rainbow Full Foil: shiny animated effect on whole card but in rainbow colours wow
