Full ban reason:

Banned from the server permanently - Randomly stated "suck a nigga dick for an iphone 6" without any real context, has been cautioned over saying bizzare things like this before and is back less than a week after a permaban for similar. Combined with an extraordinarily high number of infractions on record since the start of November, ~100 hours ago, I'm returning you to a permaban.

I recommend you finish filling out the ban appeal template as you're missing a few things, namely the reason you think you should be unbanned.

This is your second permaban so you're asking for a third chance. Good luck on that but I do not intend to consider this until a year has passed. Come back in mid December when a year has lapsed and try do the appeal properly. Also ensure you come up with a good idea of why you should be unbanned because even without the double permaban in the space of about a week your record is otherwise quite trash with 5 bans and 11 notes (bans count under notes also) within your last month, including my own form of "kiss of death" placed on your account

This is the second round in a row with questionable starts to antagonism and sharp escalation, and combined with your extensive notes history for the month escalating to 1 day. Spoken to about rate of notes.

I'd like an unban because I haven't played in a very long time, and will likely be able to do so due to acquiring certain learning disabilities in the past year, so learning another server would be very challenging for me. That being said I am sorry for my past behavior, and I will be sure not to repeat it.

It being a "very long time" is not really a reason that's going to hold much ground, that is simply a statement of fact.

Still going to deny this until mid December and you probably will need to find a vouch as evidence that you're capable of following a ruleset on a game server. Your other permabans don't inspire confidence as they're simply the same thing, and while some time ago it still leave me with sufficient questions that are best countered by you making a demonstration via vouch in your next appeal.
