new rule 8 precedent

hello,

we have voted to add a new rule 8 precedent:

For legacy reasons the library isn't moderated for rule 8 as strictly or as actively as the rest of in-game content, but making lewd content involving other players or their characters is treated harshly unless consensual.

we do not want players to think that they just have to put up with lewd material written about them or their characters existing in the library. this precedent is to try and clarify the existing rule's enforcement, as well as strengthen the confidence of users to ask us to remove content that they didn't consent to.

this rule has been added to the wiki page.
