ello i get my account banned from my account called hentaigirl69 , reason was ban evading thats is not fully right you guys maybe had wiped or i dont know just did nothing i was just playing normally i really dont really know how to evade i just entered for playing and chilling and i entered on the server and i was banned , i dont explode anyone at the start of chef say to me fuck off and i shove him and after that he start punching me and i go to med after i go to kitchen and a explosion happens and chef was on the space i just look at that and i though nice time for a revenge i bring him to the med the term used rape him is cleary a joke wasnt a serious thing my character and i , write everything wrong in english

Ban reason was: Ban evading alt of "dakijooj", apparently caused an explosion in kitchen, however investigating shows two CC bans on two other servers in the last 24 hours, a clear evader link to the account above and discussions like "we need rape him" which makes this a very easy permaban.

Yeah, you need to redo the ban appeal, however, since I don't think this appeal is likely to go too far I'll give a quick recap.

I'll agree I don't know a whole lot about the fight in the kitchen, looks like you got killed pretty legitimately and then went back for revenge after revival (which would violate escalation), killed the chef and were then dragging them to space with comments like:

And then I finally figure I should go hop through the alt discovery hoops and find you linked to dakijooj along with indirect links to various other permabanned/evasion accounts.
So, starting with the big one, the guaranteed perma is won by having evasion links ; any idea why that might be showing up so strongly at this end? And you don't need too know how to evade in order to try, you'll just get caught. Which is what this seems to be so far.

ok first of all , i dont think having the name "chupa bolas " was a problem i was in a american server and thats just can be a name , and the fact i speak portuguese its because the guy who talked to me has started saying things in portuguese
i really dont know how is possible to enter 2 times in 24 hours i actually just changed pc but not 2 times twice and in the same year , i started watching a brazilian youtuber time ago called cazum8 and he played ss14, my brother said that this game sucks and show the ss13 , and i just started playing this year in the vacation that started sometime before the ban i really dont have much thing to do i just really want to have some fun in ss13 rounds in tg because medium rp are pretty boring and i played but i started playing this year,i don even really know english and the rules honestly, my brother is staying much more on he girlfriends home , "rape him "really was a joke i didnt know that this was breaking rules , the time i said put him in the space was because the guy who i said that was one who said that wants revenge you can see the logs he was spanked too i thought he want to revenge or something but i dont really will put him on space , i dont heard the bwoink when i change course actually my game sound was in 0% becuz i was listening to music , the dude was just staring at me and he did nothing and i thought ok ill heal him. i dont know how possibly i can break the kitchen chef was asking for help to broke the tables,returning to chupa bolas i really thought that the point of the name being portuguese wasnt a problem in portuguese we have a lot of japanase names that its like chupabolas becuz it looks like ,tekomo nakama , shota nakama are names that seems sus for us , right the situations are diferent but i really dont know how this could break the rp in game , i use sometimes google translator to help me. i do whateaver you want i can prove that my brother played this game and i have one. i really have been banned for other server but was medium rp and i dont know the rules and some guy was being an asshole was a catgirl and he start call me retarded and some cringe shit with nya and i don know in that server you cant joke about neko or lizzard or that things , i was with grey jumpsuit, if you're talkin about tg this is not even possible ,i get spanked on the game 2 times because she haves a bone cutter i think i dont really know what was that , and i was banned because i said something like sussy idk but its a temporary ban i really actually dont know this , the other server i killed a guy who was randonly slapping me and i think that i have said some slurs , i never used the nickname dakijooj actually

As for not realising it would be a problem, you get a 2 hour ban on one server for doing this and then same day go somewhere else and do basically the exact same thing, and you couldn't figure out that might be an issue? As for your claims that you weren't dragging the body to space, thanks to your illness the movements you are making are well logged, including where I AdminPM you, and the 23 seconds it took you to reply to it, you take the body, claim to be taking it to medical, take it to the rest rooms and strip loot it, and then drag it through arrivals quite clearly talking about finishing them and putting them in space. There's negligable and questionable evidence you had any intention of taking them to medical prior to me bwoinking you (you do in fact tell the mime you will take them to med, but I believe this more to get the mime off your back than any real intention, because your next moves are anything but taking them to med), and some evidence indicating your intention of round removing them in space. Bearing in mind this is all probably a follow up from you having already been in a fight with the chef, defeated, and sent to medical, hence the double violation of escalation here. These logs are taken from the admin logs since they include the admin PM logs, filtered by your ckey, minus an ASAY line, but will basically correlate with the public logs

Ultimately the evasion detection is what makes this perma, the details remain largely a confident match and with no really good explanation, perhaps something to do with your brother's history with the game but thats not an explanation that buys a lot of mileage, and on top of that are all these other pointers that just don't make it feel like you're a great fit for what we're going for here, one incident in one round spiralled into me easily finding 4 or 5 warning flags about you and your behaviour.
I don't think I'm going to lift this, the evasion thing is pretty suss and everything else doesn't fill me with good feelings, that said, you can get a second (and overriding) opinion by escalating this to the headmins.
