Code issue, really - the word filter should be applying at the point of user input, not at the point of being said.

Yeah the chat filter is kind of poorly coded. If you're slurringdue to cult/drunk and accidentally say ur because of it you'll end up getting slapped with the same warning

It can also fire if you're stuttering/stammering, GLORFing, being electrocuted. I nearly died like that because I was talking, got electrocuted, which forced my message to send, and my radio message didn't go through because "UR" was included in the message.
