I actually am pretty sure I know the answer to the first question- Erro made and hosted the stat gatherer, so it was lost in the Great Forum Drama of 2014.
That said- do we still have the code? Can we set stat gathering back up? The stat gatherer was a useful tool for having meaningful discussions about game balance.
What became of the stat gatherer? Can we get it back?

All the reporting is still in the code, it's just about getting a way to meaningfully read it again.
