Wood floor comission

I'm sick of looking at the same old wood flooring. So come break my wallet to make my projects more fun.

Requirements:

Preferably you do the code for this as well.
I would like each of the already existing wood floor tiles to have a gags subtype that can be accessed by only mappers.

Edit: Adding in gags wood trim as well
