Sorry, was away getting ready for bed with my partner, it's about midnight here.

First of all about 99.8% of the Matoi folder was literally a two click process. Nor have I even bothered to actually arrange it in any special order :^) barely spent anytime on it at all but thank you for your concern.

Since Timonk was curious here's the internal make up of the folder. I basically have not changed it from the image dump I got. All the christmas ones were when I was trying to pick a christmas avatar and I was trying a few out.

I was actually sceptical of it at first but it has actually helped. It was quite surprising. My partner is very light sensitive so she uses them all the time. I'm nowhere near as sensitive to light but I think it helps my mind and body know it's time to sleep and to stop looking at my phone.

I usually sleep like a brick. But on the rare occasion that I cannot sleep, I lay absolutely motionless in bed, laying on my back. I allow my body to go numb. Starting with my toes and fingers, and eventually reaching my thorax. Eventually my breathing slows, and the paralysis envelops my chest and reaches my head. By that point I'm usually out cold.

Not sure how long this process takes, as I can't turn my head to face the clock. But I estimate no longer than half an hour.

As a fellow insomniac, force yourself to get up early instead of trying to go to sleep earlier. Avoid clocks if you're prone to looking at them to see how long you're wasting awake. Avoid sleeping pills unless its something important (I used to do it for 6am exams) because they make it worse in the long run.

One thing I've found morbidly amusing is seeing Trump supporters mentioning how nobody was ever shot during the BLM protests/riots over a period of 4 months yet in a few hours of "The MAGA uprising" one of their own was shot.
