Why doesn't the warden get a cape?
The Quartermaster gets a cape. I want a cape. Where the fuck is my cape, coders?

If he got a cape, people would confuse him for the HoS at a glance.
The QM wears the only cargo-coloured cape on the station. You’d never confuse him for the HoP, for example.

I strongly suspected the borgs were one humaned by the Captain because of their increasingly strange behavior throughout the round after the Captain had entered their upload and seemingly changed the laws. I had asked twice if I could blow the borgs to no response (because there was no admin online apparently). They were constantly complimenting the Captain and calling her pretty and essentially threatening people who called the Captain ugly - Pepper Oni.-

Capes sound like a disadvantage for someone expecting hand-to-hand combat. Easy to grab and possibly pull the wearer off-balance.

Capes are really cool looking but I kind of miss when every head didn't wear a cape every round since it's a free wear slot

It has been carefully considered, and the most reasonable solution going forward is that the Quartermaster's cape will be removed as they are not a head of staff.
