The game's controls haven't changed that much since uterus, it's just more consistent throughout (egg boxes, crayon and candle packs etc all work like backpacks, for example) and it is SO MUCH MORE RESPONSIVE. Being shot with a taser instantly knocks you down, instead of that weird 3 second delay, running into an oxygen-less room near instantly tells you that you can't breathe instead of the 10+ second wait, you can tell who's talking with speech bubbles, who's hitting who with little shifting animations, have a health doll and methods to check yourself, the UI is way less cluttered, all kinds of good shit.
Apparently I was an director or something.

Everything is nerfed as fuck now. Fire extinquisher is your first go to weapon, chem will still let yo get easy kills but chloral tales forever DO NOT USE THE PARAPEN IT SUCKS. You can make spears and makeshift stun batons too. Stun guns are super nerfed now make sure you slam with a baton as well. Also now you can climb tables, just drag yourself onto them.
