People are judged on post quality and their level of cringe. Their actions outside the forums are not considered. Examples of how decisions are made:
Wesoda: Perhaps leaning towards a B, Wesoda is pretty solid overall. Their opinions aren't great but they are opinions we need to hear, and whenever you hear one you're like "yep, that's wesoda." Not very extreme opinions but nonetheless opinions nobody else could think of. They're rarely cringe either unless you just dislike their ideas.
MSO: MSO is an S not because of their host status, but because their restraint in posting keeps any of their posts from being cringe. MSO rarely posts, but this ensures that whenever they do, it's a quick dive in with a based post before leaving as swiftly as they entered. A very safe poster, and it's not sure if he could keep his composure if he got into arguments in the shed, but so far they've played it cool.
teepeepee: Unlike most insane posters, this one seems blissfully unaware of this fact. They're almost incoherent because whenever they post you have to do a double take to check if this guy's serious or not, but he's usually serious. Very cringe.
Please tell me if you think someone needs bumped up or down a tier or if you have any other proposals for additions.
