You're right, I misread code. Heart, lungs, liver ones set a value which is fine so reverted repeatable on those. hepatectomy is powercreeped compared to the two former, setting damage to 10 and allows the surgery to be repeated. It should probably be brought in line since it pretty much invalidates liver transplants.
