Time incident occured: 12/22/14
Detailed summary: The chief engineer early launched the shuttle for no reason and left like 20 people behind. I asked the admins to deal with IN ADMINHELP and I got banned for "IC in OOC". This guy clearly has no idea how to enforce the fucking rules if asking for someone to be dealt with is suddenly IC in OOC. It ruined the following round and caused a lot of problems. I didn't even get a fucking message back, thanks.

Adminhelping something does not make you not be obligated to follow the rules. Shuttle was launched by three seperate heads, and while not the best course of action, is still an IC event.
