My byond account was created around 2011, if anyone cares to know.

Being serious. I believe a 'veteran' would simply be someone who's played the game long enough to be familiar with the games systems and major departments.

Even then though, I'd argue a true 'veteran' would be someone who is familiar enough with SS13 that they can quickly adapt and adopt new techniques and concepts that have been developed and added into the game.
