Lifeweb unironically has that and it’s neat, I wish I could figure out how to add it. There sometimes you’ll “forget how to stand” and have to use a chair or a friend to get up. Lifeweb doesn’t differentiate between resting and knocked down so

Delay antag selection on a random timer so that traitors aren't selected until 15-25 minutes into the round, so anyone trying to play the antag lottery has to be productive for at least that long before getting muh valids.

Add clothing durability and a tailor job. Overtime everyone jumpsuits, gloves and shoes start to deteriorate Fallout 3 style. They either have to get them repaired by a qualified tailor (or risk doing it themselves and making it worse like trying to surgery a chestburster out with a knife on a kitchen table) or get duds. 30 minutes into the round Security is running around naked or in grey jumpsuits because they don't trust anyone.

Also copy BotW and make melee weapons break after 5 attacks. Toolboxes are robust so you get a whole 9 swings!

Reverse nuke ops. All crew on station start with an uplink and 20 TC and become an op. Pool of deathsquad are pulled and assault station in 20 min to deactivate the station nuke (set for 10 min)

new role: the clown wrangler
can be either random or summoned by admins, if there's no living clown on the station a clown role is also summoned

the clown wrangler is dressed like a cowboy/rodeo clown and has a unique item that's a whip, it can change modes from being a disarmer to being a pair of cuffs ("wrapping up" in the whip) but it can only be used on clowns. the clown wrangler's job is to hold the clown in captivity with the whip until the end of the round, and has jurisdiction to do so by space law (he's the sheriff)

hijinks ensue.
