Your side of the story: Ok so I was minding my own business Then suddenly comms went mad over a clown, seeing that there were syndie cakes and a power sink i decided to incapacitate him,I found him on the floor sent him in to critical then some person started attacking him with a lit welder and dragged him to hop's door then the clown ahelps me and not the other guy, the clown died while we were searching him.
Why you think you should be unbanned: I don't think the admin read the logs that another person was also attacking him and I fell like the clown specifically ahelped me, plus i need a clean record to be an actual terry main admin (i was on bagil due to terry being dead over the weekend and currently as of posting around 3 players being on terry).

The other person got a note, they had no previous history, and the clown ahelped you both.

You however have a recent previous note for killing the clown, so I suspect it's a pattern for you and that's why you collected this ban.

I'm not lifting this but a headmin can feel free to overrule me if they feel it's necessary.

I was the clown that round, Count Honkula.
Bartender made a syndicate bomb drink and I decided to pull the classic prank of placing the drink outside the brig, then crying wolf. A few people came, laughed, called me names, the usual. Taylor came by and tried disarming me, to which I slipped him on soap. He then continued after multiple attempts and slips to push me down. The fire alarms went off and the fire locks shut. I was trapped for the time being, and Taylor pulled out a weapon and started hitting me. I call it out over comms, no one but the CMO and chaplain tried to save me. I was near the bar, at which time Aurora walked by, seen me slip Taylor who has been hitting me with a lit lighter, and then i was handcuffed while in crit. Taylor got up and continued his beat down after dragging me away from aurora. I died shortly after at the HOP office, and ahelped it.

In my view, aurora thought I was a traitor due to me hacking the Getmore Chocolate machine and releasing the syndi-cakes, and it’s kinda mob mentality to get a few free hits on the clown if someone is going to town on him. The bomb prank didn’t help my case since it was a traitor round.

The HOP was confused on why the clown was lynched. I couldn’t be cloned since the power sink knocked out medbay’s power. A medical doctor dragged my body to botany and tried to put me into a replica pod. I wasn’t podded so I don’t know what happened to the doctor, the pod died and my body was outside genetics for some time before the shuttle left.

I'm a bit confused here. This person comes to the brig after hearing that the clown reported a bomb and sees the clown slipping someone while punching someone else all while after they saw them hacking a machine.
