no dealer is going to have an eightball you fucking kettle lmao, an eightball is enough for a fucking weekend, esp. if its crack.
if you're slinging crack you're going to have atleast more than an ounce. intent to sell is a bullshit label used to justify bigger punishments.
sorry im just from an actual functionally smart country where we don't pretend that addiction isn't a psychological condition and instead treat all our junkies like criminals. in fact, in my country we don't ruin peoples lives over a few grams of smack and instead offer them support.
crazy and shocking i know, fucking communists

like i guess if you're 60 years old and you go to the local community centre to play bingo you probably do think the only way someone would have an ounce of weed is because they're selling it.
but imma tell you right now buying wholesale is far, far cheaper than buying an eighth each time you run out. like 50 bucks cheaper.

Re: 2k17 /pol/
From how it works with weed (And previously shrooms) being mostly legal here
Stop being shit about drugs
It turns out helping the addicted users is a lot more useful than throwing them in jail. And most of them don't seem to need help either when their dealer has a licence and gets regular checkups by the cops to make sure that the product isn't fucked and that they know what to do in case of emergencies
There was exactly one case of shrooms going bad and the result killing a tourist, which made policians ban("Morality should be legalised"-christian politicians were in power) them because they needed an excuse.
(Tourist also used other, non-legal drugs and got drunk at the same time as taking a massive amount of shrooms. Then he fell off a bridge and died.)
As it turns out, most people make conscious decisions and are mostly rational about what substances they put into their body. As long as there's no dealer trying to convince them to try the more addictive/expensive stuff so he can profit more.

I find that a silly idea
Painkillers are also drugs, addictive, and so on
Yet those are not considered degenerate
People will use drugs anyway, even if illegal. So the best solution is to make sure everything is safe

the best part is that REEE REEE REEEEEEE IT'S A GATEWAAAYYYY DRUUUGGGGG THAT'S WHAT MAKES IT BAD AND WY WE CAN'T LEGALISE IT shit
who could have figured that having to go to a straight-up drug dealer to acquire said substances would put people in contact with harder drugs

Re: 2k17 /pol/
What are is the forums thoughts about Pres Trump pardoning Joe Arpeio?
Personally I think while legal, Joe really wasn't a good candidate to be released by pardon. He would arrest people on basis of their skin and illegally detain them. That being said his crime was criminal contempt, he willfully violated the law while he was a officer of the law. He was sentenced to something like a year in jail.
Was the pardon a good action?
Regarding the other matter
Personally I cannot do "drugs" but as long as someone does no harm to others I don't see a problem. Alcohol is a "drug" that I cannot consume as well, I see it having positive and negative effects upon people and mostly people do it for their entertainment.

The guy is 85, he's not going to do anything anymore except maybe sit at a retirement home for a few years before expiring
I have no strong feelings about that whatsoever. Every president seems to pardon a bunch of people for whatever reason, and with how political the court system is in the US it's pretty much what I expect them to do
Trump pardons guy who hunts and arrests people that are suspected of being illegal immigrants
Business as usual

people will just get someone to piss in a bottle for them.
also imagine if i got fired and i wanted to pop down into centerlinks to get my cheque so i dont fucking starve but i've been smoking weed for the past year in my spare time.
WHOOPS GUESS IM GOING TO FAIL EVERY SINGLE TEST FOR THE NEXT HALF A YEAR BECAUSE IM ALWAYS GOING TO TEST POSITIVE FOR THC.
people using centerlinks money to get more smack or meth or whatever the fuck they wanna do is a very small minority, but a whole lot of people smoke weed and they're testing for that so i guess they're all fucked.
conservatives seems to think that 90% of all welfare receivers are dirty cheats and i guess you would from your priviliged silver spoon asses but majority of welfare receivers just are down in luck and have ZERO safety nets because this isn't the 50's anymore savings don't exist and you have zero fucking assets because the house market is impossible to buy into if you're poor.

Drug testing of welfare recipients has previously had little success in New Zealand, and in Utah and Missouri in the US. In New Zealand, for example, 8,001 welfare recipients were drug-screened as part of a NZ$1 million programme, but only 22 tested positive. Studies of compulsory treatment for drug problems have also found limited benefits.

Yes, lets. Don't break the law (read: smoke weed) if you want the government to give you free money. Debate weed's benefits all you want, but if it's AGAINST THE LAW TO SMOKE IT, end of story as far as the government is concerned.ColonicAcid wrote:lets keep punishing poor people for wanting a release on their shit life every now and then.
Random tests not working is a fair point, but I say doing something is better than doing nothing, though I'd have to see the price tag more closely to get an idea of if it'd be worth it or not.
