What's been happening with the servers lately?

Speaking in EU times, mornings and afternoons are great. Ping hovers below 200ms, which fine connecting to US (where I assume the servers are), even with 60+ players. But the moment evening and night hits, the servers just die for me. The pings are still ~200, but now every 5-10 second there's 1000-9999 ms spike making the game unplayable. Being unable to ping or tracert, I assume there's some heavy packet loss happening.

And that's IF I manage to connect. Right now, I've been sitting for 30 minutes+, trying to download 44.5 megabytes of resources with speeds not exceeding 10KB/s.

vg and cm are ok.

Send help.

Two other admins are having the same issue, seems to be a problem with packet loss. Mso has already fowarded(or at least will soon) a report to the ISP about it.
