re-evaluate Gulag mineral points

Gulag points for each mineral should be re-evaluated.

Sand is worth way too much, everything else too little.

Especially the case since the change to Lavaland.


Also: Why the f can't security officers use the Gulag teleporter. They can Perma and brig people, but not send them to the gulag without the old tedium.

Kor changed so sec officers can't send people with the teleporter. About the gulag points, the points are:

"glass" = 1
"metal" = 2
"solid plasma" = 20
"plasteel" = 23
"reinforced glass" = 4
"gold" = 20
"silver" = 20
"uranium" = 20
"diamond" = 25
"bananium" = 50

The thing is that grabbing sand is much quicker than grabbing the same amount in metal.

The spawn rates for metal are disgustingly low on the island is why.

That's because you're impatient and set everything to "YES" when smelting. You have to process stuff one at a time.

Most people suicide as soon as they're sent to Gulag.

So a lack of sand to mine doesn't seem like a big problem.

Rather make it less likely for tendrils and megafauna to spawn near the island. I saw 2 prisoners killed by gum once.

Only times I got sent to the gulag were once where a crooked impersonator let me go early and once when an incompetent sec officer arrested me without charge and tried to ERP.
