I haven't been able to talk or resolve things with this guy for a good year.
Every time I try to talk to him he gives off this feeling like he would rather have me gone.

I know I'm not the best player or community member of tgstation, but I'm getting tired of his dismissive attitude towards me, I don't know if it's other players.

I've tried to talk sensibly to him in IRC and just now, when I tried to continue a conversation in ahelp about scripts or gameplay assisted programs for SS13 were against the rules after a round end in IRC, he told me to not message him and to go away.
I'm not afraid to admit at that point I told him to go fuck himself and ignore my future ahelps, but I thought about it and I don't want that to be the case.

I'd much rather him tell me how he feels rather than just tell me to go away so we can work on something other than me just trying to ignore his existence, which is somethin` I really don't want to do.
That, or I ask some form of discussion/action from headmins.

When you hop on to quickly deal with something and then have someone constantly pestering you for hours thereafter when all you want to do is get back to your damn vidya/movie/TV/date/dinner/whatever and they keep on pestering you even when you ask them not to, that's not a situation that creates goodwill.

Especially when there's the rest of the admin team right there to deal with whatever the hell it is if it's really that important.

Had a strange incident today involving NikNakFlak.

Basically, in-round, I had my SE saved by the geneticist (not a traitor, by the way, though there's nothing I can do about that), and he forcibly distributed it to a large proportion of the crew, so there were many people running around with my character's appearance. Someone had also unleashed the big legion skull, which we were anticipating to appear in mining at some point.

What we didn't expect is for an object the size of a bloblet (orange floating things that make zombies) to barrel through the station itself, attacking people and breaking walls. It was also actively shrinking and growing in front of our eyes, so that it quickly went from blob-shape to bullet sized - literally several pixels across at most, and insanely fast as it scaled down. It made it difficult to counterattack, and though I managed to get in a few good hits, I whiffed several attacks and got killed. My body was immediately picked up by a legion skull and turned into a legion thrall, so my ghost was free-floating nearby, with me being utterfly confused.

So I adminhelped. I spoke to Niknak, requesting to come back to life, having been killed by what was essentially a glitch (I wasn't hopeful, since I'd been raised maybe five times after glitchy situations in about six years, but other people have a tendency to get away with it, so I figured I'd ask). He told me that he had seen me alive, dying to my wounds having killed the legion, in a different, but nearby location - I believe with the implication that, since I'd managed to survive long enough to kill it, I wasn't actually killed by the glitch so much.

Now, I'm under the impression that he jumped to my ghost, and saw another person nearby with my SE alive long enough to kill the legion and succumb to their wounds, missing my ghost in the shadows. And I might have been a bit acerbic, since I have a tendency to discover game-ending glitches with my face. But to be told that something I'd witnessed happen to myself didn't happen, by someone else who couldn't possibly have seen the same thing, hit a little close to home.

This isn't an admin complaint, but it's relevant as feedback: the information is there for you, and though it's sometimes difficult to discern amongst the white noise, telling someone that something they witnessed didn't happen to them is not helpful.

Not even the worse thing to happen in that game, though.

EDIT: As evident by this thread ("salty ass", "complete dick") and that of Okand37 ("dumb tin foil hat", "dense", other insults), NikNakFlak becomes aggressive when criticised, and will even follow you to other threads in order to perpetuate this. Feedback: do not do these things; they are unbecoming of an administrator.

I did no such thing.

I assume that you're talking about the response where I mentioned that the only times I'd seen sprite size manipulation in action was when an admin was involved. It was supposed to convey such information as was actually in the message. Looking over it again, I can see how it can be misinterpreted as an accusation, if the person reading it were sensitive about such things - but that was not the intended message, and I'm sorry if you took it in such a manner. That likely also explains the disappointing reaction of the other admin.

With my theory as to how your description of what happened differed with the reality of what happened to me, and your report that the bug issue is known (and therefore likely to be handled), we've covered all the points and can lay them to rest.

Though you don't need to think I'm a nice guy.

Jokingly - and briefly - muting me for not liking my puns is also one thing.

OOC and deadchat-banning me for puns, calling me "the new puunches" (in before I get slapped for quoting adminhelps of ongoing rounds) and claiming this to be "in the best interests of the server" is something entirely different, however; something that I'd call slightly excessive irrespective of how awful my wordplay was.
Now I don't like taking personal disputes to separate complaint threads, but I very much do want my gripes to be recorded someplace more permanent than ahelps. If it is decided that this is better suited for an admin complaint I suspect I must comply, but otherwise I'd rather settle this without taking the closest this community has to legal steps.

First of all, that enumeration is misleading, these were two isolated instances (one of each, and the latter wasn't even lewd - which I believe you are insinuating: in its entirety it was along the lines of "an octopus with two additional arms has ten tacles". As for the former, it was in response to someone making a horse pun of similar caliber, so I believe I was halfway justified if lacking taste.) Now those were two out of maybe twenty jokes total, and several days apart, too.
Second, that's up to OOC to decide. So far, the reactions I've encountered were, yes, part usual screaming at awful puns (which, by the way, is not exclusively a negative response, given that the nature of the pun is that its humour increases with awfulness, as such complaining loudly and over the top is to be considered equal to applause and laughter) - but also part cheering, and quite a few jokes in response.
