Gamarr is an oldmin. Only trialed due to the fact he was inactive for such a long time. He knows what he is doing and there really isn't a point not to promote him fully.

1) Walking through maint as asst. with fire axe (unbloodied) looking for Ratvar nerds after I had just smashed up one of their caches.
2) Gamarr comes out of a door and charges toward me with disarm spam, hes wearing an EVA suit and no ID
3) I chop him ~3 times with the axe (keep in mind a single push against someone holding an axe is a death sentence for them, so I defend myself appropriately here)
4) Some other dude shows up with a chainsaw arm and crits me, drags me to medbay but I die en route.
5) Get cloned
6) Gamarr is camping the cloner, ejects me, kills me, then tells security I was a cultist who attacked him and has them arrest the geneticist for trying to clone me.

This was two days ago. Pretty shit move that reminds me of what Tsaricide did before he deadminned. A scuffle is fine, lying to security, camping the cloner, etc... starts to feel more like "here's my chance to metagrudge Oldman" rather than "this is how I normally play my rounds". Outside of that incident though, Gamarr is fine, though he can be a bit bloodthirsty when it comes to bans.

Sounds shitty but we've all done shitty things.
If he's proven himself a decent admin before and only got demoted for lack of play I feel he should be promoted if he picked up spacemans again
