Admins should have terms

Admins only have adminship for a few months or so and be barred from it for after that for another few months and then they could potentially reapply.
Ofc we could keep some VIP admins who get permanent status (see HBL)
Discuss.

So what happens after a year when you've exhausted the playerbase of people willing/able to admin because of arbitrary terms preventing them from adminning?

Term limits wouldn't work for the reasons listed above, but I do think that admins should come up for review by the players yearly. If their approval rating drops below a certain threshold, they should be removed.
