Ratvar still has a few bugs to work out before it's ready for rotation. Mainly that the de-converted can still hear Servant chat.

A big amount of those bugs were fixed. Check https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/pull/18018 for a more detailed list. I'd say it's rotation-ready now.

hand teles are bugged so you dont go in the portal when you make it. this was deliberately removed because you could do stuff like this and it was OP. i for one am glad it is back and am not looking forward to a fix
