Safeties for screwdrivers so i can autolathe them and stop stabbing everyone i touch in the eye by mistake.
In other words, those fiddly little caps that often come with store bought screwdrivers for 'safety' or whatever that is on a alt toggle, so that instead of FORCEFULLY STABBING A MAN DEAD on help intent, you simply prod them. Putting on the safety allows you to place them on tables and throw them into the auto-lathe without dissembling it

could make help intent actually mean something when it comes to poking people with objects.

ais don't have to be immune, they can't even move by themselves and still need an APC to stay alive, which borgs cannot build themselves. I wouldn't even mind if it was an upgrade for cyborgs you have to get after mining brings minerals back the first time
update announcements should message the server the same way the server is messaged about new PRs
show-server-revision could also show time since the last update
I'm not sure if you should be able to upgrade the drone dispenser, but drones should definitely start with a t-ray scanner and maybe an analyser/remote signaller in their bags.

Just give drones also t-ray vision which can be toggled
The malf module "AI core upgrade" should honestly be something else and it's been like that for far too long. It literally does nothing for 50 cycles.
Something more like EMP-hardening the core and the APC it's hooked up to or just straight damage resistance would be far more useful. Hell, even just delete the option because it's a trap for newer players to invest in who don't realise it's basically worthless.
the bar in space is a good idea but i got some suggestions as usually the bartender kills himself halfway through making drinks
people need to know that they can look for it cause its kinda hit and miss as to find it cause it appears every other round
i also suggest adding a diner with a sleeper so that a chef can make food also so that they can actually talk together and maybe add a sleeper for a bar patron because why not
The space bar doesn't work until we get pods or GPS devices being more common. Currently the space bar may as well not exist unless there's ghost spawners for patrons.

Make flypeople into general "insectpeople" and give them praying mantis customization along with the fly stuff. Dunno how you'd separate the vomit eating though.
Ayyductors should be able to exchange points for all-purpose medigel patches (read:synthflesh) for when the hairless monkeys get too violent.
They also ought to have emergency stun sticks if the Agent dies and the scientist has to take over abduction duty.
Holding a bandolier in your hand and clicking on a pile of shells should pick them all up. Why? Because clicking each individual shell is annoying as hell.
Also make it so items in your inventory have more of a click box kind of thing instead of actually clicking the sprite for them. It's kind of annoying when you're trying to open up/grab something small like the detective's holster or a pen. Especially if it's something small you need to whip out quickly and can't just take your time running around with like an implant pen.
THE TACTICOOL TURTLENECK WAS MY FAVORITE UNIFORM IN THE GAME BECAUSE IT WAS FUCKING -RARE- AND FOR BADASS SYNDIE OPERATIVES WHO THINK THEY WERE COOLER THAN THEY ACTUALLY WERE
NOW IT'S FUCKING EVERYWHERE AND THESE FUCKING NEW SUITS BLEND IN TO THE BACKGROUND OF EVERYTHING AND I CAN BARELY SEE WHAT THEY ARE THEY'RE LITERALLY JUST A SMUDGE OF DARK GREY
I'VE ACTUALLY OPENED UP THE ICONS TO LOOK AT THEM AND THE SUITS LOOK PRETTY COOL BUT JUST NOT INGAME AT ALL SO I DON'T KNOW THIS IS JUST LIKE NEW SECURITY WHEN THEY GOT DARK BLACK ARMOR AND SHIT AND IT REALLY TRIGGERS ME
I REALLY LIKE LAVALAND BUT UGH CAN'T THE SUITS BE PURPLE FOR FUCK'S SAKES

I really like the new shaft miner outfits, but i get where you are coming from.
the turtleneck/jackboots/black gloves combo is my go-to assistant fashion outfit, and now i can literally spawn wearing every piece from the get-go, which is nice. However it does lose some of its specialness.
As for the explorer suits i am not crazy about how they look, the hood in particular looks kinda dumb. I am sure we could trial purpleish ones if someone made sprites
Arthur Thomson says, "Since there are no admins I would loging with another account and kill you"
Caleb Robinson laughs.
Arthur Thomson catches fire!

You know how the lawyer/libarian/Heads of Staff/Warden and so on have alternate outfits? Why not make the purple jumpsuit the default to satisfy plebians and keep the tacticool suits in the lcokers for people with good taste.
Miners should be able to create a Lavaland speciality made from the various body-parts of the various monsters. It should be toxic to everyone except for the Miners, QM, or HoP, and should be able to be created in Lavaland without help from the station.
I feel like the hood on the explorer suits looks okay but it hangs a bit too far over your face. It really only looks good if you have a gas mask on. It's probably okay to leave it how it is though, otherwise I really love the Miner aesthetic that's going on, especially the turtlenecks.

Think Isaac in dead space, his armor wasn't tactical, he was an engineer using mining tools and looked fucking rough but was a badass because of that 'fish out of water' element where he's fghting these crazy monsters despite just being a guy trying to do his job
That's the aesthetic that ss13 miners should be based around, not tactical stalker whiskey tango fire in the hole tactical reload whatever.
That style has a place in ss13, in syndicate nuke operatives, which are totally APPROPRIATE for the tacticool memery. You have to balance these things together, so everyone enjoys the game, and the aesthetic fits the gameplay. Killing some lava monsters and exploring isn't some inherently tacticool task like STORMING A STATION WITH A NUCLEAR BOMB is, so miners should look rough but still like employees of a megacorp
