6. This board is not for forum issues or code issues. Forum issues should be brought up with the current managing administrator via IRC or PM. Code issues should be discussed with the appropriate parties in the matter chosen by their project leads.

None of this addresses the criticisms being leveled, which is about him deleting posts critical of him (outside of the complaint thread) and putting me on moderator approval needed for two posts that most moderators wouldn't even delete, providing no explanation, ignoring all attempts to contact him, and deleting another post critical of him in the appeal thread while leaving other less critical posts that were breaking the rules too (posts by uninvolved parties)

Admin Complaints are handled by head admins. I wonder how complaints against headmins are going to be resolved....?
Admin Feedback is just a tool for the admins' personal benefit and as far as I am still aware, headmins don't really care what's posted here. So shittalking them here does absolutely nothing.

What you need to do is PM the forum host which is MSO, or fetch him on IRC to talk out your issues about his forum behaviour.

I'm being pragmatic here when I'm telling you that venting your anger here that will amount to nothing, instead it needs to go to the guy who can actually do something about it.

I've messaged MSO regarding this. I'm just not really sure where else to voice my issues since the admin complaint thread was issues. In short, Hornygranny is blatantly abusing his power on the forums and circumventing the usual rules and punishments to pursue a personal vendetta.

A very fair judge when it comes to bans.

However:
He is incredibly whimsical, using his power, he will often "test" a huge change with little or no player input. Going so far as to even code a config option before using it.

Returning Ban Requests might be ok if there is a time limit. Like if 24 hours have passed since it was created and it hasn't been decided then have a headmin just close it.

I'm pretty sure that if HG banned anybody they didn't like, the people talking shit about them in their feedback thread would be first on their list.

Also if they were actually doing that, I would have stepped in and did something.

HG isn't the head of some vast conspiracy. MSO isn't a jerk.

There are some issues that need to be addressed but honestly it's up to the admins, the server owner and the forum owner to decide if they want to address them.

Were I to give advice it would be this:
Personally I just think that tgstation is over-centralized. there are lots of issues that need to be addressed. The admins, wiki, and forums need heads and their own directions that are different than each other.

A few examples

The coders need to submit what they are changing to the wiki before merging it to the station (Half the stuff on the station people don't know how to use)
The forum needs to be seperate from admin decisions.
The wiki needs a head and several people to work on improving the wiki that will cooperate and explain admin decisions clearer to the users
The headmins and admins need to communicate better with the forum, wiki and coders

That's just me though. I've always felt that more communication and transparency is better.

This isnt a business. Its a game. HG doesnt own anything, he was just elected headmin. Banning someone for insulting you is fine, it gives them a chance to cool down. Permabanning them? Thats overkill. Instantly locking the appeal? Thats complete bullshit. Hell, if he was involved with the situation he shouldnt even be handling the ban.

A headmin should not be able to ban whoever they want. They are as bound to the rules as us. In fact, as the highest level of administration, they should be examples of proper conduct.
