To my knowledge it was never successfully implemented, just a definition (commented out) and one or two checks for it in seemingly arbitrary places (Because old coders like to shove things in random places, it's like an Archaeological dig when working with old SS13 code)

While this is largely true, the Noodliest piece of code we had was Ninja, I've disconnected that from 90% of the codebase (there's about 2 references outside of the Ninja module folder now)
so it's not impossible, just implausible
