Also my vote would be for Tim Ebow.
I haven't seen him antag enough recently, but I know historically this guy was scary robust. Like just very, very consistent in using smart tactics/strategies while also being extremely effective in his combat movement/aiming. He was also a traitorbro, despite the fact he could make better use of your traitor gear than you, he'd work with you knowing that having someone watch your back as a tatertot is worth infinite TC.
Now it seems he primarily plays security but even then you can be damn sure that he's not going down easy.

I can understand some of the anti-toolbelt sentiment but (1) secbelts aren't that robust, you can only have one container open at a time and you've got more than enough space in your bag to have that be your "important sec shit" slot, (2) toolbelts are frequently very important for security. Malf, Traitor, and Subverted AI's are a very real security threat and grabbing some tools/gloves when AI/Borgs are acting shady is just common sense and can save many lives. Throwing all that utility away because of >Muh wardrobe is just silly.
