It's fine. We already get lings (and rarely traitors with chameleon kits/genetics) killing and replacing sec/the captain and it's not a big deal. If some literal who with no gamer gear or shapeshifter powers manages to kidnap and do maint surgery on the HOS, it won't cause any major issues.

I like it being a more unique stun. But yeah it's weaker then a regular stun. So if your opponent is sec/a HOS they literally get a stun baton and your SOL.

Earlier this year I made a pr which made it so that the traumas given by abductors could be cured much more easily, my intention for this was to discourage people rushing to medbay for surgery after being abducted.
