More precedent:
1. Ausops, a former headmin, upholding a ban for suiciding into the supermatter; the thread is about a drone, but Ausops' reply is not specific to drone laws, but rather states that "it was about griefing engineering." It also does not involve whether the SM delaminated or not, but ...

Suiciding into the SM has many detrimental effects both on the supermatter integrity and everyone around it: https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/blob/5904156485c28977047c8f38c91f60ca2ad4e1b6/code/modules/power/supermatter/supermatter.dm#L865

Re: [Bgobandit] Thebleh - Note appeal for SM suicide
Denied, it has been a bannable offense (and this isn't even a ban, it's just a note) to suicide into the SM for as long as we have had the SM. If you want to leave the round, there are many ways to do that not involving sabotage and potentially fucking up the round for everyone else.

The image above demonstrates this, but just to make it extra clear: If Exavere was reacting to the shuttle, that would mean he responded in four seconds (19:51:09 to 19:51:13), factoring in lag and everything else. It should be pretty clear how exceedingly unlikely that is.

Some of the smite options, IMO, were coded in without considering the side effects that are overly arduous to fix because of how medical works. This one, but also brain damage producing traumas. Which is more a code issue, I think.

I think a key factor here is metagrudging on OOC vs. IC character.
VERY BAD, DON'T DO THIS: "I killed you because you're bandit, my least favorite admin who banned me once."
BAD, BUT NOT AS BAD: "You're Fortune Ray and you arrested me once so I'm going to punch you whenever I see you."

Re: Vekter - Muting OOC over the "N-Word"
Regardless of one's views on racial slurs, the more important point here is that there is not and, to my knowledge, never has been any ruling saying that an admin cannot mute OOC. Admins can mute OOC for whatever reason they want to. Making an admin complaint over muting OOC is beyond asinine.
