Simple suggestion: make the mediborg able to put people on the operating table.

I think the mediborg should have the surgical upgrade, really makes it hard to do proper surgery, and the upgrade is too expensive. Also, the mediborg should have the defib integrated, theres very low chance of roboticists actually making the upgrade.

It isn't a poison, just a knockout toxin, so i don't think traitors would use it that much (if they have the access to chem). They could just make chloral and then some poison like sulfonal if they wanted to kill/incappaciate someone. Actually, probably the only way to get it us thru the synd uplink ...
