Hi there!

Yeah, upon review it does read more harshly than I'd probably intended. I gave the ticket the ol' review and decided to alter the language to be less from the school of "word for word" and more "what they meant," which has the added benefit of making it a bit less aggro!

I'm always glad to see them pop up in adminwho! In my experience they're very knowledgeable about the game, know their way fairly well around the stuff under the hood, and are more than capable of keeping a cool and rational head in tickets. Nothing bad to say about'em, they're an asset!
