Why is it needing to be replaced in the first place? Nobody has answered this question in the week that this PR has been open. Headmins voted between them to remove dynamic from Terry for (apparently) consistency.
As a result of removing dynamic, Terry's population has dramatically declined and now, on peak hours on weekend's, Terry doesn't break 30 people. That's down from 70-80 people only a couple months ago.

Having made one of these myself, I think it might be a bit hard to figure out in a spreadsheet. There's quite a lot of reactions that block others running in a tick, and also a TTV sometimes takes multiple reaction cycles to actually hit the pressure to cause an explosion. The ball was probably fun, but the late EU start time (between 10PM and midnight) and added two hour delay pretty much killed any EU participation. I hope the next events comittee takes note of this, and consider running the EU event at an EU friendly time.

Some of my favourite memories of old donutstation is trying to contain fires from the giant thermal engine we used to run back then.
Not saying that that the whole station being destroyed by the SM is a good thing. A thermal engine leak was easier to contain than an SM explosion...

i tried a couple different servers for a round or two and eventually i just kept pressing the replay button for bagil. by the time i felt like trying other servers i was too used to tg's graphics, code, and rules to feel comfortable switching so i just hung around. after that, i ended up liking ...
