Yea, but that hinges on them not completely ignoring the delivery office at all times. That is, yknow, super duper common and all.Scott wrote:Cargo can have a delivery job, or Cargo Techs can do that, since it's already their job.

Re: Vending machine food change
This is overall a better idea. People find it inconvenient to come by the kitchen, and, unfortunately, there's no easy way to deliver food directly from the kitchen. (Arguably, disposals is possible, but that requires cargo to play along and/or get directly involved by stamping/MULEing your food ...

Alternatively, being able to put items/attach your ID to a different jumpsuit before putting it on? Like, basically a two-space container you can also clip an ID/PDA to.

Re: [Poll] Clowns or mimes?
For me at least, the number of clowns Ive run into that ask for something I politely decline to give them (H.O.N.K., Space Lube, Potency 100 bananas), that then escalate into breaking and entering, kidnapping, etc., etc., under the name of "cheeky revenge" or whatever, is pretty large compared to ...

A cargo mech.
We have a RIPLEY mining/basic mech, but I was thinking we could have an actual Power Loading Unit for Cargo, something to make it easier for short-staffed cargo. My idea was just a mech with a 'crate loader', where it can just carry four or five crates in a backpack like thing.

And yea. The stealth is awkward, and it seems confused about whether it wants to be sneaky sneaky or red dead redemption shooter and its terrible at both. Dammit.

Got it, been playing it, has a very Resident Evil vibe (which makes sense, since it's Mikami's baby), but with serious Silent Hill visuals/concepts. I dunno, Im enjoying it enough to get yanked away from Isolation for the short term.
Anyone else playing it?

Then you kill the botanists and destroy the lights faster than they can rebuild them?
Which, I think, dovetails rather nicely with the recent hivemind talk, since it would be a lot easier for a group of shadowlings to ambush 'light crews' and/or quickly deal with their lights than it would if ...

Maybe a door bar?
Currently we have the emag, which jams doors open permanently, making it super conspicuous if someone stares at it for more than a few seconds. Instead, I was thinking of buying something that you can wedge into an already open airlock to hold it open, like a bar or something ...

Make large amounts of blood on a tile cause a slip hazard. Making Janitors actually have a reason to clean blood up other than just aesthetics.
That's actually a pretty good idea
Do you realize how easy it is to spill blood everywhere compared to spilling water or lube?
What about making gibs ...

So, I dunno if any of you have ever played the forum game 'Mafia', but it seems perfect, based on the paranoia of SS13.
