Re: [nalar] nowherrmann - Permanent ban I think
The bans permanent, and was put into place because you uploaded the antimov law and logged out before I could talk to you about it. The result was a lot of chaos that could've and should've been avoided.
I'll go ahead and lift this and trust it was a genuine mistake. Be more careful in the future.

From what I gather from talking with MSO and on the mod forums, no that's meant to be kept to PMs or something. These threads are for providing feedback on server administration. Also yes, I can be a little overzealous at times, something i'm working on improving.

You're right! Brushing past and using a ban as a reference isn't necessarily bad, but having multiple community members just talking about whether that ban or invalid is what's bad, and is exactly why I said 'don't discuss bans here'. That's what usually comes of it, that's what I put a stop to ...

I've kinda publically stated in each thread that these threads are for feedback for each specific admin, not for discussing bans. Keep posts on-topic and you won't have issues with them being policed.
I'm not even being that strict with it, either, but your feedback has been noted.

The ban was for two reasons.
One, you were pretty clearly metagaming. Metagaming in this instance is defined as using information your character doesn't have, like... where your old body died and who the murderer was. We have rules against that sorta thing. Here's the exerpt from the rules I'm ...

Re: Shadowlings (Gamemode suggestion/replacement)
We could allow more powerful abilities and thus, the abomination sprite once a shadowling has converted a certain amount of crew (7-13, maybe?). It gives Shadowlings more to strive for, and means that the crew has incentive to stop them before they become too strong to confront in very small groups.
