This isn't a change that's suitable for the pace of regular TGstation. Maybe remove it for the RP server's map.
If the words of someone who's been playing this game for eight years means anything, you're gonna see a lot of people leaving if you remove cloning entirely. The servers besides Event Hall ...

Code-Base Player-Base separation was enough.

We don't need Server-Base Code-Base Player-Base separation to drive things even more up the wall.
